Administrator of your personal data provided in the application documents is Best Autotech Sp. z o.o. with its registered head-office in Skoczów (43-430), at ul. Górecka 63, Skoczów, hereinafter „Best Autotech”.

We will process you personal data for the purposes of:

• conducting the recruitment process in the position you apply for ( the legal basis: in the scope of data indicated in the Labor Code or other provisions of labor law- the fulfillment of our legal obligation resulting from the provision of labor law in accordcance with art. 6 par. 1 (c) GDPR),
• in the field of personal data not required by law- your consent in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR,
• conducting future recruitments, provided that you consent to it (the legal basis is: your consent in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR,
• conducting recruitment revenues, as long as you give your consent to enter (the legal basis will then be our legitimate interest in the possibility of pursuing claims or defending against such claim, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR).

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, you have right to access to it, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and request its transfer.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have right to withdraw it, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Personal data collected in order to carry out the recruitment process for the position regarding recruitment up to 4 months, and the data is processed on the basis of consent for future recruitment for a period of 1 year from sending the application.

To the extent to which the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of consent- until its withdrawal, and if on the basis of a legitimate interest in the investigation or defense of claims- for a period of 3 years, or longer if it results from legal provisions.

We will transfer your personal data to entities acting on our behalf: our suppliers for which services related to the processing of personal data, including IT services, entities providing recruitment services, including supplier of on-line recruitment services or advertisers, and state authorities if the request us with a relevant request (e.g. court, prosecutor’s office).

Providing personal data in the application documents in the scope resulting from the Labor Code is voluntary, bu necessary to carry out the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing this personal data will be the inability to conduct the recruitment procedure.

Providing additional personal data is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.

Providing personal data exceeding the scope of personal data required by the provisions of the Labor Code means consent to the processing of this additional personal data for the purposes of a given recruitment.

If you want your personal data to be processed by Best Autotech Sp. z o.o. also for the purposes of future recruitment processes, please mark the appropriate consent in the recruitment form/ include the following clause in the application documents: „I consent to the the processing by Best Autotech Sp. z o.o. with registered head-office in Skoczów (43-430), at ul. Górecka 63, my personal data contained in the application documents for the purposes of future recruitment.”

You can easily withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, send an email to rekrutacja@bestautotech.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
