• Personal data will be processed by Best Autotech in order to answer your question, on the basis of a legitimate interest consisting in the possibility of providing an answer to a question regarding business activity (basis art. 6 par. 1(f) GDPR).
• Personal data will be processed during the period of maintainig our ongoing relations related to the submitted inquiry.
• You have the right to access this data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and object to the processing of personal data.
• Data recipients are: our suppliers for whom services related to the processinf of the personal data, e.g. IT services, security services for people and privileged services and postal operators, provide access to the technical suport service. Data availability based on a contract wiht us and only under copyright law.
• In addition, you have right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with personal data protection, e.g. in Poland - to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when you believe that processing of your personal data violates the provision of the GDPR.
• Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to obtain an answer to the question.
• The data provided by you will not be profiled.
• Best Autotech does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
